Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy sets out acceptable use rules for our website and any digital touchpoint Fanaar provides to clients in the course of an engagement — for example, a shared reporting dashboard, project workspace, or collaboration tool.

Scope

Applies to all visitors to www.fanaarltd.com and to clients or third parties using any Fanaar-provided digital system in connection with an engagement.

Policy Statement

Prohibited activity

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Fanaar or client systems, or to probe, scan, or test their security without our written authorisation;
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts;
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest content from our Site or systems at scale;
• Using any Fanaar-provided system to harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other users;
• Uploading or sharing unlawful, infringing, or discriminatory content through any Fanaar-provided system.

Account security

Where you are given login credentials to a Fanaar-provided system (for example, a client reporting portal), you are responsible for keeping those credentials secure and must not share them with unauthorised individuals.

Monitoring

Fanaar may monitor use of its systems for security, performance, and quality purposes, consistent with applicable law.

Consequences

Fanaar may suspend or restrict access to any system where this policy is breached, and, where the breach also affects an active engagement, will address it in accordance with the relevant Master Services Agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Use Fanaar's website and any provided system lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
• Keep any login credentials issued to you secure and confidential.
• Report suspected security issues to us promptly.

Fanaar's Responsibilities

• Provide reasonably secure systems for client use.
• Give notice before suspending access where practical, except where an immediate security risk requires otherwise.
